Hmm, we'll have a look.  If it is not found it should not be
enabled.

This also occures after a
./configure --disable-bonobo --disable-evolution

I believe you are looking for
--without-bonobo
--without-evolution

Are there conventions for when to use 'with' vs 'enable/disable' ?
