gnote-3.9.x missing icons

Hi,
This is probably a packaging issue, but maybe you could shed some light 
on what we may be missing here:

Also /OT
I am puzzled by the inverted context menu (not good for bottom panels) 
and the extra click now required to search from the context menu.
Both these seem to be retrograde steps.
