'Undo' for gnote edits?

After using gnote for many years now, one feature I am beginning to miss 
more and more is an 'undo' for note edits.

Several times recently I have accidentally cut something from a note 
that I was using for reference and lost it.

Please add this to a wish list if you have one.

Alternatively a 'close without save' option would work equally well for 
me. (Unless it's already there and I never found it) ;)
