Note that https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=621827 makes addin 
categories localizable. It would be good to decide on this ASAP, because 
we need to give translators some time to translate new strings (and they 
are quite busy now, because new release of GNOME is very soon).
