Notebook rename

Hello,

I've ported notebook rename feature from Tomboy:

There is a little problem, that Tag stores pointer to notes (Note*) and 
we need Note::Ptr to move note to new notebook. Should Tag be modified 
this way? I could do this, but an approve is necessaity.


And a couple of topic questions:

Is there any reason to hold this:

It seems to work fine for me. Is there enything wrong with it?
