Malayalam Support

Hello,
  I would like to add Malayalam(ml_IN) language support to Gnote.
However, I couldn't find the po template file in Damned
Lies(http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ml/gnome-2-28/ui/). Please let me
know how I can contribute.
