I didn't use it much yet, just for testing. I was quite satisfied with
the result I got so far - the quality was comparable to a GSM call.

The only thing I noticed was loads of messages (several hundreds) in the
syslog:

snd-bt-sco: Shift problem detected! Fixing to 1.
snd-bt-sco: Shift problem detected! Fixing to 0.

It was alternating between 1 and 0 (see "Fixing to ...") until the call
was done. Did you get the same messages?
