Hi,

It works now. It turned out to be the mixer settings. I didn't realise that "Capture" wasn't being captured, and had it's volume at 0.

Thanks very much for the help, and sorry about bringing a non-GnomeMeeting issue to the GnomeMeeting list. I have no idea how my mic was working in Skype, but that's what led me to believe it might've been a GM issue.

Yes, probably the microphone.

Well, it is not an ALSA mailing list and I'm not too much an expert. You
can also use OSS emulation in GnomeMeeting if you want.

Look the volume of the Capture and Microphone parts. Check if they are
set as recording sources.
