Thanks, now works good!

I only do:
gnomemeeting-config-tool --clean

and launch de Gnomemeeting's configuration panel.

there isn't any process called gconfd-2 (or gconfd-1)

dipolo Makestic ~]$ gconf [tab]
gconfd-1              gconf-merge-tree      gconftool-2
gconf-editor          gconf-sanity-check-1
gconfigger            gconftool-1

[dipolo Makestic ~]$ ps aux | grep gconfd-1
dipolo   14487  0.0  0.2  5400  736 pts/4    S+   12:12   0:00 grep
gconfd-1
