I don't know why it ever worked.  I had a number of problems in the IPTABLES
calls.  I had the INHOST set to the firewall and not the gnomemeeting host.
Second I had the internal interface and the external interface switched.  It
still doesn't work.  I had spliced the IPTABLES code in the FAQ on to my
existing IPTABLES code in the firewall.  There must be some errors left, but I
can't identify them now.  It looks like it is necessary to add more IPTABLES
calls to be able to make outgoing calls also.  I am thinking of setting up the
gnugk as gatekeeper/gateway/proxy, but that doesn't look easy either.
