There is a bug in OpenH323 making OpenH323 crash when LPC-10 is used.
Please have a look in the history to see if it is the case. Then it
would explain the crash. We'll try to have this fixed in 1.0.1 where
LPC10 won't be usable anymore.

Probably because you have not installed the ALSA plugin from the
downloads section. It is called pwlib-plugins-alsa or similar.

With such a bandwidth, you can use the highest video quality available.
The only bottleneck could be packets loss or your video driver. I know
no driver able to go up to 30FPS on Linux. But setting 30 FPS in GM will
ensure it is catpuring at the highest possible rate.

Not easily, but it can be done. However, you have to know that most
drivers do not support more than CIF.
