Yes that doesn't work with ILS. You can have static entries though, but
it will always return an IP when calling people. Nobody ported the
patches, but it should be easy to do, if you have time...

an XDAP server doesn't really exist. What we mean by XDAP is that
GnomeMeeting is using XML to determine how to register to ILS servers.
So you only have 2 solutions in GnomeMeeting right now : ILS or
Gatekeepers. I think the best solution is a gatekeeper, but no Open
Source gatekeepers permits to list users.
