OpenMCU from OpenH323.org
There is also StupidMCU which is derived from OpenMCU. Make a search on
google for this.

I would say that the main problem would be with bandwidth, but you will
have to study this by yourself to have more details.

Only for audio, but that's correct.

That depends on the number of persons you want to connect, but I have had
successful results with 4 persons on a P3 800. But there is no know
studies about that, if you are making one, that would be nice to
contribute your results.
