Your question is extremely unprecise. What do you mean by "doing
videoconferencing" ?

Notice openh323 is a library, not a program and it is used by several
programs like gnomemeeting, gnu GK, openmcu, ...

Typical companies would use the GNU GK to register users, and
GnomeMeeting as endpoint, + perhaps a MCU if they need n-to-n
videoconferencing.

If you are more interested in IP telephony, I would suggest you Asterisk
+ GnomeMeeting.
