First I used the G.723.1 for PC-to-PC to Jonny Strom. That only gave me noise. Then Jonny told me to use G.711-uLaw-64k that gave me noise as well.

Then I tried the USB-Headset. That worked great for sound reception from Jonny. No speak for me though as my Mac does not have Fullduplex.
