If video preview is active, it is normal to have 10% CPU usage even if
the main window is hidden. He needs to deactivate video preview to reach
0% CPU usage, that's what Kilian explained.
If he gets 10% CPU usage with video preview disabled, then there is a
bug, but I guess (hope) Mark will tell us it is not the case.
