gnomemeeting is hashed means that there is an in-memory DB of programs
that is refered to for quicker starts so the path doesn't have to be
searched. I've never taken the time to figure out how it works, but I
know it's there. usually a control-c will clear it or barring that
start a new shell. It will have a fresh hash.

Another useful thing:
Type: "type gnomemeeting" as root and as user to see if they match.
No - they don't:
[anne anne-linux v4l]$ type gnomemeeting
gnomemeeting is hashed (/usr//bin/gnomemeeting)
[root anne-linux v4l]# type gnomemeeting
gnomemeeting is /usr/bin/gnomemeeting
What does 'is hashed' mean?
Anne
