I did that and I still had to run with "make PREFIX=/usr/" or similar. I don't
remember now, I was recompiling too many times for the last few days.
As for why it is in my $HOME - I currently hack around the audio for firewire,
so this location is easier for debugging. Only "make" is enough to have the new
library working, even though it is in $HOME/pwlib/lib.
