I think that there is a discount for Linux users. There were
VOIPBlasters, they work with GnomeMeeting, but they have been
discontinued.

If you plan to do PC-To-Phone calls, I suggest you to use a Quicknet
card, they work well with GnomeMeeting (even the dialpad works) ;)
