no problem, i use debian and the cvs snapshot from
deb http://snapshots.seconix.com/debian/ unstable main
with the isa Quicknet Internet LineJACK with the nixj drivers.

i testet with as remote computer with a windows openphone client.

i also tried with the -debug option but couldn't find any useful error msg?

as i wrote in my earlier mail i have no problems with the ohphone software 
on this machine.
