Software:

- Hauppauge TV card Bt878 (the camera is connected to it via the S-Video
input)
Problem:
The image is too tall. It looks like it doesn't have the normal 4:3
ratio. See this image where i'm holding a CD perfectly perpendicular to
the camera, but as you can see it's an oval not a circle:
Just an idea, Florin
I also have a Hauppauge WinTv capture and TV/Radio card and it displayed
the QCIF video format just fine with gnomemeeting-0.94.1-3.i386.rpm.
I have a different camera connected to it thow, but I don't think it is
relevant
for the issue .
Maybe you just have to install a newer version ... and since the 0.96 is
about to
be released maybe it's a good idea to wait until it comes out .
My system is as follows :
Linux version 2.4.19 (root peterpan) (gcc version 3.2 20020903 (Red Hat
Linux 8.0 3.2-7))
Multimedia video controller: Brooktree Corporation Bt878 (rev 17).
IRQ 5.
Master Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=16.Max Lat=40.
Prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xef000000 [0xef000fff].
Bus 0, device 8, function 1:

Good luck !
