Your program has a driver name (printed in the GnomeMeeting logs), just
use it as identifier of the hint, that way the hint will only be used
for that particular driver.

Only pwlib, not openh323 and not gnomemeeting, moreover, only the
video4linux.o file will be recompiled. So it is not too long, but you
will have to restart GnomeMeeting after each change though.
