You shouldn't forward any ports, just "allow" the ports mentionned in
the FAQ, and disable H.245 Tunneling and Fast Start. 

However, before you think that it is a router problem, you should try on
your LAN if everything works correctly... i.e. check that voice is
transmitted, if not, please check the FAQ for hints.

Most probably that your problem is not a firewall/hardware router
problem, but a bad configuration problem (no MS-GSM installed on the
remote computer, no ALSA installed on your computer, etc..) Please check
the FAQ for more hints.
