Perhaps the easier option is to upgrade to Red Hat Linux 7.2 or 7.3.
It's easy, just insert the first cd with Red Hat Linux 7.2 or 7.3 in
your cd drive, restart the system, and select "upgrade existing system".
That will let you use the gnomemeeting rpm from the download page. 7.3
even comes with gnomemeeting 0.85.1!
