Yahoo messenger has its own protocol which uses TCP and not UDP.
It worked fine via NAT.

Also, it only sends audio when you speak (either holding down a Press to
Talk button)
or via microphone activity.
And the video was a stream of JPEGs.

On Windows, the all-in-one messenger Trillian Pro can talk to Yahoo
Messenger with
Video and Audio.

Yahoo support would be more suited to jabber or Gaim.
