well, the snd-pcm-oss is needed for the GM as far as i know.. but your problem with "no such device" for the USB-cam is another..
i don't see any usb hostcontroller in the modules.. try to load one like
"modprobe usb-uhci"
or apropriate for your hardware.. after this the usbmgr should be able to load the missing modules (if any)..

maybe there's more in the sdb.. but please tell the gm version and your success with the usb-hostadaptor first, to conclude more precisely on the problem source..
