Hi,

many thanks for all your suggestions. We were able to trace our problem to
the fact that there seems to be some firewall default in XP that had to be
switched off.

I found something similar in the GM FAQ (for the case of no connection to
XP), but it may be useful to actually say there that this may also fix the
problem of connections that are cut off quickly after the first images are
transferred ..

Now we have an audio problem, but it looks like that may be simply
band-width related ..
