Yes and No. It does have a dynamic range of ports that it listens to,
but you can also tell it to use fixed ports. The fixed ports it listens
in on are 1720, as well as 3603, 1503, and 3230-3235. Still doesn't make
sense as to why it wouldn't allow a connection. Is there a particular
handshaking procedure that is not matching up?
