Your problem seems to be rather weird.
It seems that gnomemeeting is working in 640x480 video size, which mode is not supported
by GnomeMeeting and by your webcam module.
Try to choose small as size in the prefs, or install the binary only pwcx module thatyou can find on the webpage for your webcam
