No, I DID enable the video transmission in the preferences!  I can hear and 
see the other person.  My cam and drivers much be working cuz I can see 
myself.  The other person (I've tried several friends with NetMeeting) say 
that when the right click on my in NetMeeting it says "No Hardware Detected".

Is there any way to troubleshoot this?  I would be more than happy to test it 
out with some developers etc.
