Hi.

I want to raise discussion about a kind of secondary STUN server again,
because this morning, our STUN was down again.

The behaviour of a STUN check detecting "blocked" and a STUN server not
responding is identical, so the registration to various SIP services
fail.

I consider a "secondary STUN server", which is used when the "primary"
detected "blocked", to double-check the result as a user friendly
feature.
