The SDP is the same with the new sdp.cxx and with the old one. But the
problem only appears with the new one. So I think the problem is during
the transmission. I don't know if it makes sense.

It is very difficult for me to provide you a debug output from here. I
suggest you to simply use your pulver account, use the
fwdnat.pulver.com:5082 outbound proxy and try to call 612 fwd pulver com
for example. You will be able to reproduce the problem.

I will be more able to help in one week, but please keep me updated.
