[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] About GConf

There have been recent changes in the organization of GConf keys in
GnomeMeeting.

In all cases, keys are renamed. New keys receive the values of the old
keys and old keys are deleted.

For that to happen, you have to:
- simulate an upgrade from 0.98 to CVS using "gconftool-2 -u
/apps/gnomemeeting/general/version"
- remove the old schemas with "gnomemeeting-config-tool --clean-schemas"
as root before installing the new ones with "gnomemeeting-config-tool
--install-schemas" as root. If you don't do that, old default values of
old keys with stay in /etc/gconf/ and you will have too many keys for
all your users.

Enjoy,
