[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] Miga giga commit of 2922 lines of new code

Hi to all,

I finally committed my last big changes.

Here are the new features :
- Added a new internal library to easily manage menus. That potentially
breaks all menus. Notice that the value of the key
/desktop/gnome/interface/menus_have_icons (also accessible through the
GNOME prefs) is now taken into account. You should test that (4 tests),
ie :
	* start GM with the key set to false, then check the normal menus and
the popup menus in the address book, change the key
	and check the menus again
	* start GM with the key set to true, then check the normal menus and
the popup menus in the address book, change the key
	and check the menus again

- There is now a "Close" menu entry in the main menu, associated to
Ctrl-W permitting to hide GnomeMeeting.

- The do_not_disturb and auto_answer options have been deleted.
GnomeMeeting now has a new Incoming Call Mode notion with status like
discussed in a previous mail. The tray icon doesn't update yet with the
current state. There is much to test there, really much. I guess nobody
will test it but let me explain :
	* when the user chooses FORWARD as incoming call mode in the menu, the
"always forward" option of the "call forwarding" section should be kept
in sync.
	* If no forwarding host is specified, the state should come back to
AVAILABLE and a popup should be displayed.

There is still a problem there, with "Forward when busy" active and the
state set to "busy". That forwards the call. But that should be
replaced. Actually, "Forward when busy" should become "Forward when
anothe call is already in progress". Choosing "Forward when busy" then
"BUSY3 doesn't make sense, the user could directly choose FORWARD as
state.
