If you intend on using the GNOME control-center shell for Moblin, we'd
also need to make sure only relevant settings are shown, and
"OnlyShownIn" keys are respected. For example, you wouldn't want to show
GNOME's Bluetooth preferences when Moblin already has a native version
of it.
