Christian Persch has filed bug 395392 in which he asks whether the following
obsolete directories can be removed from SVN:
archiver/
root-manager/
debian/
capplets/file-types
capplets/localization
capplets/mime-type
capplets/rollback
capplets/url-properties
capplets/wm-properties
add idl/ to the list.
Since nobody spoke in favour of keeping them, I propose to drop
all that obsolete stuff right after we've branched for 2.18. Any
objections?
I tried to get some of these things to compile but it was tricky. Some
of these things look like they could be useful (file-types,
localization). Is it worth looking to see what state they are in, or
should we probably just start again?
