Control Center Shell: a patch and questions

Hi,

I've written a patch for SLAB that is also interesting for the control 
center shell. See the link:

This patch has also lead me to a question: what are we going to do to 
get all the current capplets categorized? The easiest way would be to 
add sub-directories to the Preferences menu and move the capplet entries 
there, as this is the currently supported SLAB way of doing it.
