since there is a bug (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=312776)
about having the ability to install mouse themes from the mouse capplet,
I guess we still need a generic transfer dialog.

Since it seems it's going to be used for themes installing, let's turn
it into a theme-install-progress dialog, if you like
