Erk.
I guess we can have the shell, but it should try to make sure it's only
installed if they don't have nautilus. I would like to keep confusion
to a minimal.
Additionally, I don't think we want to bend over backwards for people
who don't want to use nautilus. I'd prefer to see us spend our time
making nautilus better so that they can use it. (-:
