Hi, 

After looking at Doodle, we've had a handful of responses.  The best
time appears to be 21:00 GMT / 16:00 EST.

We will meet in #webhackers on GIMPNet IRC.  No representatives from the
Art team RSVD'd - if any are able to make the meeting, it would be
appreciated.
