http://projects.gnome.org/outreach/a11y/ actually works but the tabs don't.

I think somebody just copied the code of the tabs and did not see that
they link to projects.gnome.org iso www.gnome.org. I don't think there
is any specific about content for a11y.
The easiest is probably to remove the tabs. Linking to
www.gnome.org/... will be confusing in my opinion
