I am in the university and I didn't want to log in in the wiki using 
http, so I tried with https://live.gnome.org/ even if I didn't know it 
existed. It's actually showing an unrelated message:

Bugzilla is currently down for an upgrade, on today, Saturday, August 
15. It will return at or around 22:00 UTC.
