gnomeweb-wml: Removing old crap

As far as I can tell, this is not used by anything:

And the special tags mentioned here do not seem to be used by anything
either:
http://svn.gnome.org/viewvc/gnomeweb-wml/trunk/docs/taglist.txt?view=markup

Does anyone have more clue than me? None of it has been touched for 6
years (sometimes 8 years), suggesting that it's really not used.
