Plone: Release 0.1 tagged

Hi all,

I have tagged version 0.1 of all packages and the buildout. Thanks to 
all who work on gnomeweb-plone :-).

Bigger changes in the last days are:

 * all images and stylesheets where moved form z3-resource-directories
   to /skins. The css-files where converted to .css.dtml-files and the
   hardcoded references to 'http://localhost:8080 where replaced with
   &dtml-portal_url
 * wgo.policy now contains a monkeypatch for
   Products.Archetypes.Referenceable.Referenceable.getRefs/getReferences
   to cover the broken import of references with wgo.installsite
 * version.txt files are removed from the packages. If you want
   "reinstall"-support for the quickinstaller/Controlpanel->Add Ons add
   a version.txt-file to you local working copy.

Ramon, can you set up a new sandbox with the tagged buildout and the 
installsite-script? The only thing you should have to set by hand is the 
mailhost.

IMHO the new sandbox doesn't have to be private. The installsite-script 
adds some Administrators, but the sandbox could be visible by anonymous. 
If the Sandbox should be closed the passwords of all users have to be 
resetted.
