I have moved things around in gnomeweb-wml svn so there is now a
top-level gnomeweb-wml/projects.gnome.org directory. It seems to build
now.

Olav, could you change the web server configuration to host that at
http://projects.gnome.org instead of the stuff that was in
www.gnome.org/projects/ ? I don't think it's wise for me to mess with
that.
