Server-side include on w.g.o/start/

Hi,

To display the list of distributions including GNOME on w.g.o/start/ we
have this:
<!--#include file="dw-top.inc" -->

It seems that it's not working though, since the list is empty when
displayed (the file isn't empty, though).

Does anybody know how to fix this?
