developer.gnome.org: Architecture pages

While trying to clean up (not checked in yet)

I noticed that it links to an Architecture section, which is also in the
Navigation menu:

I suggest that we remove this section and just mention the new platform
overview
http://library.gnome.org/devel/platform-overview/unstable/
on the documentation page.

That's quite a lot of content that I'd be removing (though it's just
descriptions with links into other documentation, much of it now
out-of-date) so I thought I'd warn people. We'd redirect the arch/ URL.
