New xml2po combined with old files due to a hack in gnomeweb-wml.

It was caused by above PYTHONPATH hack. Made xml2po use some very old
files instead of the ones shipped with gnome-doc-utils. I removed the
PYTHONPATH hack.

btw, 2.20 start has all translations from 2.14... waste on the server
(it doesn't delete)
