When I wrote that packages I thought
gnome.wgosite : gnome namespace , wgosite as it's the product that will be used on wgo site ( with the elements, policy that wgo site uses )
gnome.theme : a theme that can be used on other gnome sites that are using plone, it should have all the css, images, second nav, ...
Do you think is a bad idea ?

BTW, do we need to use 'gnome' as a Python namespace package?
What about using 'wgo' as the namespace package ?
All these packages are related to WGO project and nothing
to do with generic GNOME packages, so it may be confusing.
