The current www.gnome.org is a bunch of static pages, I have no idea
what is under your http://localhost:8080/wgo2/en/folder_contents but
(nearly?) all content on www.gnome.org will be served by Plone, so
http://localhost:8080/wgo2/ should probably be mapped to the root.
I saw a reference to http://gnome.jardigrec.eu/en/products/epiphany
in this list archives; replace gnome.jardigrec.eu by www.gnome.org
and you'd have the target URL.
